Crab salad from Hamburg

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g crab
  • 1 pot of lettuce (shredded lettuce)
  • 8 tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes)
  • 2 sprigs of dill
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the crabs and finely chop the dill. Then mix the dill, lemon juice, and pepper with the crabs and let them marinate for about half an hour. Arrange a few lettuce leaves on the plates and top with the marinated crabs. Garnish with quartered cocktail tomatoes.
