Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll
  • 50 g North Sea crabs
  • 1 tbsp cream yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp fresh, chopped dill
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 lettuce leaf

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, and a squeeze of lemon with a crushed or finely chopped garlic clove. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and sugar, then chill for 30 minutes. Cut the lettuce leaf into thin strips. Cut open the roll (removing some dough from the center if necessary), top the bottom with lettuce, then with crab. Pour the yogurt mixture over the top and cover with the top half of the roll. It tastes especially good when the roll is still warm.
