Cranberry-horseradish sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise, e.g. Miracel Whip
  • 1 tbsp horseradish from a jar or tube
  • 3 tbsp cranberries from the jar
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

e.g. for fondue

Blend the yogurt, sour cream, crème fraîche, and mayonnaise with a mixer until smooth. Add the horseradish and cranberries and blend vigorously again. Season with salt and pepper. We always serve this sauce with fondue.
