Ingredients
 

for the cranberries

  • 100 g Cranberries
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 powerful shot Port red

for dessert

  • 300 g Soy Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 piece Mandarins
  • 100 g Cranberries from above
  • 2 teaspoon Cranberry balsamic vinegar 4.5%
  • 1 teaspoon Mint sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon Chia seeds

Instructions
 

first the cranberries ...

  • 1 .... wash and drain - then cook in a saucepan with the sugar and port wine until the cranberries disintegrate until soft

then the soy dessert

  • Pour soy-vanilla-yoghurt into a tall mixing cup - add the squeezed juice from 2 mandarins - add 100 grams of the previously prepared cranberry mixture (set aside the rest for the decoration) - now season the dessert with lemon juice, cranberry balsamic vinegar and mint sugar - Finally stir in the chia seeds well
  • the dessert is filled into pretty serving glasses and tightly sealed for a few hours. (or overnight) stored in the refrigerator .... during this time the chia seeds swell and the dessert gels in a healthy and attractive way

serve and decorate

  • Before serving, place a dab of cream with a cranberry on top of the dessert - there was also a mained fruit salad
