Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 bag of jelly (lemon flavor)
  • 130 g sugar
  • 500 ml juice (multivitamin juice)
  • 500 g yoghurt (vanilla yoghurt, 3.5% fat), milder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Combine the jelly powder with 100 of the 130 g of sugar in a saucepan, add the multivitamin juice, and heat gently, stirring constantly (do not boil). Combine the yogurt and the remaining sugar in a mixing bowl and stir in 350 ml of the still-liquid jelly. Ladle this mixture into 6 dessert bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Pour the remaining jelly into a very shallow baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Use a round cookie cutter to cut circles out of the solidified jelly and place them on top of the yogurt mixture as “egg yolks.”
