Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (croissants)
- 1 large broccoli
- 8 slice(s) ham, cooked
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
- 300 g cream cheese spread
- Fondor
- Cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- Broth, granulated
- Margarine for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets, cook until tender, and set both aside. Cut the cooked ham into strips and fry in a little margarine. Deglaze with cream and milk. Dissolve the cream cheese in the mixture and season to taste with granulated stock, Fondor, salt, and pepper. Now add the pasta and broccoli and let stand for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese before serving.
