Cream – carrots with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 200 g cream, or Cremefine for cooking
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Fat, for frying
  • Broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the onion. Peel and slice the carrots. Sauté the onion and minced meat in a pan until hot. Then deglaze with a little broth. Add the carrots and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and add the cream. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with boiled potatoes or pasta.
