Spätzle with cheese, leek and minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • some broth, instant
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 4 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 pts. processed cheese, 2 cream, 2 herbs
  • 2 points Spätzle
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook spaetzle according to the instructions. Season the ground meat well with salt and pepper, finely chop the onions, and fry with the ground meat until the meat is tender. Now, mix about 500 ml of water with a little broth and pour over the ground meat. Wash the leeks, cut them into rings, and add them. Cook on low heat for about 30 minutes. Then add the processed cheese, stir well, and season with a little sugar. Pour the sauce over the spaetzle.
