Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g double cream cheese
  • 250 g cream cheese (70%)
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground white
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Mix the two cheeses together, season with salt and pepper, and chill. With wet hands, form the mixture into about 12 balls. Toss the balls in chives, arrange them on a platter, and chill until ready to serve.
