Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese (Philadelphia or similar)
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 garlic cloves
- Paprika powder, hot, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the feta with a knife and then mix it with the cream cheese and sweet paprika. You should still be able to see some small pieces of feta. Press in the garlic cloves and mix them in. Season to taste with paprika. It tastes great as a side dish for grilled food or on flatbread with salad.
