Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g Skyr (Icelandic cream cheese)
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 20 g white cane sugar (approx.)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of gingerbread spice
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp brown cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Stir all ingredients, except the topping, together until smooth and season to taste. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with brown sugar and serve. You can also serve it with various compotes or fruit puree.
