Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 cups double cream cheese
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

with tomato and cucumber

Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Deseed and finely chop the tomatoes and cucumber, and add them. Deseeding is important, otherwise everything will be too runny later. Finely chop the onion and add it. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 8 hours, then stir again.
