Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sheep’s milk cheese
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal as a spread or with boiled potatoes

Finely dice the feta cheese. Crush the garlic and finely chop the chives. Mix all ingredients until creamy. This cream requires no additional seasoning.
