Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup crème fraîche or
- Double cream
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
- some milk or
- Cream, if desired
Instructions

very easy, delicious and super quick to make
Mix together the cream cheese and crème fraîche. Wash the spring onions, slice them into thin rings, and fold them into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. If the mixture is too thick, stir in a little milk or cream. It goes well with fresh baguette or freshly baked bread.
