Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 125 ml espresso
- 100 g chocolate (block chocolate)
- 100 g biscuits (amarettini)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cream the softened butter with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Gradually stir in the flour mixture along with the espresso. Finely chop the chocolate and amaretti biscuits and fold into the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 50 minutes.
