Cream cheese with peaches

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 packs of cream cheese
  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add 1/2 cup of cream and the cream cheese and mix. Drain and rinse the peaches, then cut them into pieces and stir them in (do not use a mixer). Whip the remaining cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff and gently stir in (do not use a mixer). Chill and enjoy.
