Cream cheese with peaches

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s), drained weight 480 g
  • 500 g double cream cheese
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar, if you like it sweeter add some more sugar
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp eggnog, plus some for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

Place the peaches in a sieve and drain. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the cream cheese and yogurt with the vanilla sugar, lemon juice, and egg liqueur. Puree 150g of peaches and dice the remaining peaches. Set aside about 1-2 tablespoons. Carefully mix the peach puree and diced peaches, along with the whipped cream, into the cream. Pour the cream cheese mixture into a bowl or glasses and garnish with egg liqueur and peach cubes. Then refrigerate for about 4 hours. The cream cheese mixture can also be prepared the day before.
