Cream goulash

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg pork, goulash
  • 4 cups whipped cream
  • ½ kg onion(s) (or 2 packs of onion soup)
  • 2 cans of mushrooms
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the meat into cubes, mix with whipped cream and onions (or onion soup), and add to a pan. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 1 hour. Serve with baguette or boiled potatoes and a mixed salad.
