Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Heart(s) of pork or beef
- 1 small onion(s)
- 100 g mushrooms from the can
- ½ liter broth
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 125 ml sour cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- Red wine, to taste
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours
Dice the heart and fry. Finely chop 1 onion and briefly sauté the mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika and add 1/2 liter of broth and mushroom water. Cook in a covered pan. Mix together 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 teaspoon of tomato paste, and 1/8 liter of sour cream. Add after cooking. Season to taste with lemon juice and red wine.
