Cream Mayonnaise
The perfect cream mayonnaise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tbsp Mustard sweet
- 2 Pc. Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Ground pepper white
- 200 ml Oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 cups Sour cream
- Put the egg yolk, mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar in a slim tall mixing bowl and stir well together.
Note
- With this production variant, the egg can also come out of the refrigerator.
- While stirring constantly, let the oil drip in slowly. Until a creamy solid mass forms. Season this again with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar.
- While the mixer continues to stir, add the beaker of sour cream. This gives the mayonnaise a special taste and a certain lightness.
