Cream Mayonnaise

The perfect cream mayonnaise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 tbsp Mustard sweet
  • 2 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground pepper white
  • 200 ml Oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  1. Put the egg yolk, mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar in a slim tall mixing bowl and stir well together.

Note

  1. With this production variant, the egg can also come out of the refrigerator.
  1. While stirring constantly, let the oil drip in slowly. Until a creamy solid mass forms. Season this again with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar.
  1. While the mixer continues to stir, add the beaker of sour cream. This gives the mayonnaise a special taste and a certain lightness.
