Cream Puffs Dessert

The perfect cream puffs dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Quark
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 400 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 500 g Cream puffs with cream filling
  • Berry
  1. Put the frozen cream puffs in a bowl (I always use a flat baking dish).
  2. For the cream: Mix the quark, creme fraiche, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  3. Pour the cream over the cream puffs, spread the berries as you like and chill in the fridge for an hour.
