Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,000 g pork schnitzel, or turkey, chicken
- 3 cups of cream
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can/n mushrooms
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours
Lightly fry the schnitzel with onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Don’t cook it all the way through. Transfer everything to a casserole dish and pour the cream over it. Bake in the oven at approximately 200°C for about 50 minutes – it also works in the microwave. A variation: top with cheese. Serve with rice.
