Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 lean pork schnitzels
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 pack of pasta (spaetzle)
- 400 ml cream
- Soy sauce
- some Maggi
- Salt
- pepper
- some margarine
- wine, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the pork schnitzel and fry it in a pan with a little margarine and the diced onion. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and soy sauce. Add the cream and bring to a boil briefly. Finish with a dash of white wine. Season to taste with a little Maggi, if desired, and serve with cooked spaetzle.
