Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter soup (beef soup)
- 1 tsp caraway seeds, whole
- 300 g sour cream
- 70 g flour
- Salt
- pepper
- Vinegar
- 30 g butter (flakes)
- Bread roll(s) (croûtons) as filling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bring the beef broth to a boil with the caraway seeds, stir the cream and flour until smooth, and bring to a boil with the broth. Season to taste with spices, add a dash of vinegar, and serve with toasted breadcrumbs and butter flakes.
