Creamed Gnocchi with Egg

The perfect creamed gnocchi with egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 medium sized Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Butter / margarine
  • 450 g Creamed spinach
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth, instant
  • 3 Eggs size M
  • 1 pack Gnocchi, 600 g, refrigerated shelf
  • 50 g Parmesan, piece
  • 75 g Smoked ham thinly sliced
  • E.G. Black Forests
  1. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Braise in hot fat. Add the spinach and 1/4 l water, bring to the boil. Stir in the broth, simmer for about 11 minutes. Cook the eggs for 7-8 minutes until they are waxy. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet. Drain. Slice the cheese and, with the exception of a little, fold into the spinach with the gnocchi. Drain eggs, quench, peel, cut in half. Serve with ham and garnish with the rest of the Parmesan.
