Pasta with Blueberries and Feta
The perfect pasta with blueberries and feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the pesto:
- 15 Stems Basil
- 1 Cup Chopped peanuts
- 150 ml Olive oil
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
For the pasta:
- 500 g Fettucins
- 150 g Feta cubes
- 1 Cup Peanuts
- 2 tbsp Blueberries
- Wash the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Puree the leaves with peanuts, olive oil, blueberries and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and mix immediately with the pesto. Fold in the feta cubes, remaining peanuts and blueberries and garnish with a little basil. Serve hot.
