Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
- 70 g chia seeds
- 10 pitted dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
- 6 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Super creamy, quick to make and healthy
Combine all ingredients in a blender (preferably a high-speed blender) and blend on high until the pudding reaches a creamy texture. If your blender isn’t powerful enough, resulting in a runny pudding, add a few dates or use the mixture as a delicious chia pudding drink.
