Creamy chocolate pudding

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 ml skimmed milk, 0.1%
  • 10 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 300 ml water
  • 20 cups of sweetener tablets
  • 1 tsp guar gum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil water in a tall pot and dissolve the sweetener in it. Using a hand blender, whisk the guar gum and cocoa powder into the milk and add to the hot water. Bring everything to a gentle boil (heat), and, very importantly, blend continuously with the hand blender. The pudding is ready when it has a pudding-like consistency. Add a little more sweetener if desired, or dissolve a little more guar gum in milk or water and add it for consistency. Tip: It can also be prepared in the microwave; the more blending you do, the better the creamy consistency! Enjoy it hot or cold, without any sin!
