Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cup(s) of fusilli, each containing approx. 200 – 250 ml
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 125 g bacon cubes
  • 200 g cream
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 handful of cocktail tomatoes
  • n. B. Vegetable broth powder, e.g. Tellofix
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 shot of oil
  • 4 basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

10 minute sauce, quick and easy, but very tasty!

Bring salted water to a boil and add the pasta (which will take about 10 minutes). Dice the onion and fry in a pan over medium heat with a little oil until golden brown. Add the bacon cubes and fry for about a minute. Deglaze with cream and Greek yogurt. Stir frequently from now on, otherwise it will burn. Season with vegetable stock, salt, and pepper to taste and bring to a boil (about level 6). Add the halved cocktail tomatoes to the sauce about 2-3 minutes before the pasta is done and let it cook. Drain the pasta water and add the pasta to the sauce, mix everything together, and serve. Garnish with basil if you like.
