Ingredients
 

  • 1 Fresh leek
  • 100 g Cooked ham
  • Fat for frying
  • 50 ml White wine dry
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • Pepper, nutmeg
  • 250 g Macaroni
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Clean the leek, quarter lengthways, cut into small pieces and wash. Cut the ham into cubes.
  • Fry the ham in hot fat. Add the leek, dripping wet, sweat with it. Pour in the wine. Braise the whole thing for about 7 minutes.
  • Stir in the cream and sour cream. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
  • Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and drain. Catch some pasta water and use it to make the sauce a little thinner.
  • Place the macaroni on a plate and pour the sauce over it.
