Creamy iced coffee

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of coffee, brewed with double the amount of coffee powder
  • 2 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tsp sugar, brown or caramel syrup or dulce de leche
  • 1 cup of crushed ice
  • e.g. whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with filter coffee and ice cream

Sweeten the hot coffee to taste with brown sugar, caramel syrup, or dulce de leche and pour it over the crushed ice in a blender. Add the vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth. Add the milk, blend briefly, and then pour into a 0.5 L glass. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired. It also tastes great with chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup.
