Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g chocolate, white
- 4 cl syrup (strawberry syrup), approx.
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 shot of milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
alcohol-free
Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff. Stir in the cream cheese and syrup. Heat and melt the chocolate with a little milk. Stir into the mixture. Pour the cream into dessert glasses and refrigerate. Decorate before serving.
