Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl milk
- 2 dl water
- 2 pinches of salt
- n. B. Cheese, grated
- some butter or oil for the pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add salt. Combine the eggs, milk, and water in a measuring jug (if using wholemeal flour, increase the amount of liquid slightly) and stir the flour into the liquid. The mixture should be fairly runny. Finally, add the cheese (amount to taste) and mix again. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes. Stir again with a whisk. Heat butter or oil in a non-stick frying pan. Pour half a ladleful of the crepe mixture into the pan and swirl the pan to distribute the liquid evenly. Cook on both sides until the crepe is golden brown and releases itself from the pan. To keep the crepes warm, stack them on a plate and place them in the oven at 50 degrees Celsius. Serve these savory crepes with salad or cold cuts, or whatever you like.
