Cress remoulade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml Miracel Whip Balance, or homemade mayonnaise
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 1 box of cress
  • tbsp chives and parsley
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. Sort, wash, and finely chop the cress and the remaining herbs. Mix with the remoulade and carefully fold in the deseeded, finely chopped tomato. Season to taste and garnish with cress leaves. Tastes great as a dip with vegetables and crackers.
