Crispy baked apples

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large apples
  • 150 g oat flakes, fine
  • 60 g butter
  • n. B. Nuts, finely chopped
  • e.g. raisins, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the apples, remove the stems, and core them. Mix the oat flakes with the softened butter, finely chopped nuts, raisins, honey, cinnamon powder, and lemon juice. Then fill the mixture into the hollowed-out apples, place them in a greased baking dish, and bake for 30-40 minutes until crispy.
