Protein pancakes with oat flakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 g protein powder (whey vanilla)
  • 10 g chocolate drops with Xucker
  • 20 g xylitol (sugar substitute), light
  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • 40 g rice flour
  • 120 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 3 g baking powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine all other ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender and mix. Now fold in the chocolate chips. Heat a little oil in a pan, add two tablespoons of batter for each pancake, and cook over medium heat. This goes well with quark or yogurt with (warm) berries.
