Ingredients

Streusel:

  • 180 g Fruit spread (whatever is there, but sour is cheap)
  • 100 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 150 g Flour
  • 150 g Melt flakes
  • 100 g Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  • Place TK puff pastry sheets spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and allow to thaw for about 5 minutes. Then cut each into 4 equal rectangles and pull them apart. Do not spread the fruit spread (or jam) too thinly on the now small dough sheets.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° O / bottom heat. Push the tray with the blanks (initially without crumble) into the oven on the 2nd rail from below for 8 minutes. In this way, the puff pastry can rise a little and is not crushed by the later ceiling.
  • For the crumble, put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead with the dough hook (!) Of the hand mixer until the crumble has formed. After the 8 minutes above, take the tray out of the oven for a moment and spread the crumbles thickly over everything - including the spaces in between. Put the tray back in the oven and bake for another 13-15 minutes. The crumble should be crispy and lightly browned.
  • Then take it out immediately and cut into the gaps that are still visible despite the streusel with a sharp knife. This works better as long as the crumble has not cooled down and is crispy and hard. When taking apart the crumbles that fall apart, just eat them like that ................ and the crispy biscuits too ... ;-)))
