Crispy potato slices from the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning mix

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Slice or grate the well-washed potatoes into approximately 5 mm thick slices. Mix the oil with the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Spread the potatoes on a sheet of baking paper and brush with the oil mixture. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (fan assisted) for approximately 25 minutes on the middle rack until golden brown.
