Potatoes with sesame, sambal oelek baked in the oven

Here’s what you should do: In a bowl, combine the peanut and sesame oil with the sambal oelek and ginger. Stir in the potatoes and sesame seeds and season with salt. The longer the potatoes marinate, the more delicious they taste. If desired, you can add crushed garlic. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 25 minutes in the center of an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F). This also works in a frying pan. If you don’t like it too spicy, please use less sambal oelek. Enjoy.
