Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g cranberries
- 80 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- 130 g margarine
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 50 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
First, combine all ingredients, except the cranberries, in a bowl and mix until a dough forms. It’s normal for crumbles to form briefly at first; just keep mixing. Once the crumbles have turned into dough, add the cranberries. Then simply drop tablespoon-sized mounds of dough onto a baking sheet, shape into cookies with your fingers, and bake for 20-25 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
