Crispy waffles

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 240 g flour
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 150 g yogurt of your choice
  • 100 g muesli (crunchy muesli)
  • some apple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Simply mix the waffle batter as usual using the first five ingredients, then fold in the crunchy muesli (crumble it a bit smaller if necessary to avoid overly large pieces). If the batter is too thick, simply add a splash of apple juice. Then bake the waffles as usual.
