  • 3 Pc. Onions, small
  • 350 g Potatoes
  • 1 packet Soup greens, frozen
  • 1 Pc. Bacon, great
  • Water
  • Marjoran
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 Pc. Mettenden

  • Finely dice the onions and potatoes and distribute them in the crockpot together with the peas and soup greens.
  • Place the bacon in a shaped well on the pea mixture and add water until all ingredients are covered.
  • Operate the crockpot on the "high" level for 8.5 hours.
  • Carefully remove the bacon (it disintegrates easily) from the pot, separate the rind and dice it.
  • Puree about half of the pea mixture with the bacon and return to the saucepan.
  • Cut the beef ends into slices and fry them. Add the fried slices to the soup.
  • Stir everything vigorously, season with salt, pepper and marjoram to taste.
