Crumble Cake with Apples

The perfect crumble cake with apples recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 cups Sour cream (250g)
  • 1 cups Sugar (250g)
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups Flour (300g)
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 6 Apples
  • 300 g Flour
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 200 g Butter (room temperature)
  1. Dough: Mix the sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs, mix the flour and baking powder together and stir into the sour cream and sugar egg mixture. Grease the baking sheet and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then place the dough on top and smooth it out. Topping: Peel, core and quarter the apples and spread the apple quarters over the dough. Streusel: Knead the flour, sugar and room temperature butter with your hands to make a crumble and sprinkle evenly on the apples. Bake the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (convection) for about 30 minutes.
