Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 260 g gluten (wheat gluten)
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 22 g powder (protein powder), neutral
- 15 g soy flour, full-fat
- 20 g sesame seeds, unhulled
- 25 g flaxseed, gold
- 55 g flour (almond), partially defatted
- 4 g salt
- 320 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
SIS suitable
Mix all dry ingredients (add whole flaxseed and sesame seeds) and knead with water to form a dough. Let it rise for about 30 minutes. Knead again and divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Shape into rolls and let them rise on a baking sheet for another 25 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at about 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes. The total amount of my products was 38.6 g fat, 30.3 g carbohydrates, and 268.1 g protein.
