Crunchy Fruit Muesli Cookies

- 150 g Margarine
- 75 g Brown sugar + 2 tablespoons
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Egg
- 225 g Flour
- 200 g Crunchy fruit muesli from Vitalis
- Mix the margarine, brown sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the egg and then add the flour. Finally fold in the muesli.
