Crunchy Fruit Muesli Cookies

  • 150 g Margarine
  • 75 g Brown sugar + 2 tablespoons
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 225 g Flour
  • 200 g Crunchy fruit muesli from Vitalis
  1. Mix the margarine, brown sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the egg and then add the flour. Finally fold in the muesli.
