Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g oat flakes
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 g flaxseed
- 100 g almonds, sliced
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g oil (rapeseed or sunflower oil)
- 100 g water, warm
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. If desired, you can omit some ingredients, e.g., desiccated coconut or vanilla sugar. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C – 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 30-40 minutes on the second rack from the bottom. Do not use fan-assisted oven! Important: Turn the mixture every 10 minutes so it browns evenly and becomes nice and crispy. I use about 4 tablespoons of muesli in about 200 ml of cocoa and eat it for breakfast. Crunchy muesli without raisins – crunchy and delicious for breakfast. Can be eaten with milk or cocoa and yogurt.
