Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate, white
  • 50 g palm fat
  • 125 ml whipped cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g desiccated coconut
  • possibly almond(s), whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Super sweet and a popular spread with children. Makes 4 jars

Melt the palm oil and chocolate in a saucepan. Add the cream and simmer. Stir in the salt and desiccated coconut. Pour into screw-top jars and let cool. If desired, you can form the mixture into small balls. Press in an almond, if desired. Roll in desiccated coconut and refrigerate.
