Crunchy Salad with Anchovy Fillets
The perfect crunchy salad with anchovy fillets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dressing:
- 0,5 Pc. Lollo bianco
- 8 Pc. Date tomatoes, halved
- 0,25 Pc. Freshly diced cucumber
- 10 Pc. Anchovy fillets in oil with herbs and garlic
- 1 cups Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Curry ketchup,
- 0,5 tsp Mustard
- 0,5 tsp Honey
- Balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, oil
- Pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces, wash and drain well. Put in a bowl. Add date tomatoes and cucumber.
- Mix all ingredients for the dressing together. Season again to your own taste.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and then arrange the anchovy fillets on top.
- A delicious spicy salad, with which I only eat bread and then dip in the delicious sauce. Enjoy your meal!!!!
