Crunchy Salad with Anchovy Fillets

The perfect crunchy salad with anchovy fillets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Dressing:

  • 0,5 Pc. Lollo bianco
  • 8 Pc. Date tomatoes, halved
  • 0,25 Pc. Freshly diced cucumber
  • 10 Pc. Anchovy fillets in oil with herbs and garlic
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Curry ketchup,
  • 0,5 tsp Mustard
  • 0,5 tsp Honey
  • Balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, oil
  1. Pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces, wash and drain well. Put in a bowl. Add date tomatoes and cucumber.
  2. Mix all ingredients for the dressing together. Season again to your own taste.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and then arrange the anchovy fillets on top.
  4. A delicious spicy salad, with which I only eat bread and then dip in the delicious sauce. Enjoy your meal!!!!
