Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g fish fillet(s)
- 4 tsp butter
- 2 tsp mustard
- 4 tsp cheese, grated
- 50 g onion(s), chopped
- 20 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Drizzle the fish with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Place the fish in a baking dish. Melt the butter and mix it with the mustard, cheese, onions, breadcrumbs, and herbs to form a paste. Spread this paste over the fish fillets. The quantities can be varied. Roast the fish in the oven at 160-180 degrees Celsius for about 325 minutes.
