Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g oat bran
  • 20 g flaxseed meal
  • 50 g carrot(s), grated
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oat bran for rolling

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Combine the quark and egg. Then add the oat bran, flaxseed, grated carrot, baking powder, and salt and mix. Form the dough into 6 small rolls and roll them in a little oat bran. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and score the tops with a knife. Bake for about 40 minutes. If you make 6 rolls, one roll has 120 calories.
